Deposit Policy

Deposits are non-refundable and contribute to the final cost of the tattoo. Rescheduling is accepted when given at least a 48-hour notice. All cancellations and rescheduling within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment forfeit their deposit. No-shows are cancelled 15 minutes after the scheduled start time and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

Touch Up Policy

Touch ups are offered for $50 when done within one calendar year of the original appointment. At least one month of healing is required before a touch up can occur. Touch ups only apply to the existing tattoo such as fixing existing lines or shading. Touch ups do not include altering or adding to the original design in any way. If you wish to add on to or alter the original tattoo, or if the touch up is done more than one calendar year after the original appointment, a new deposit will be required and is completed at the normal hourly rate, $200/hour with a $150 minimum.

Aftercare Instructions

Leave the Saniderm (clear bandage) on for 3-4 days unless you get liquid in it or your skin starts to feel irritated. If either of those things happen it is fine to remove it. When removing it, pull down on it like a command strip, do not try to rip it off.

Once you have removed the bandage, wash the tattoo with unscented antibacterial soap (only use your hand, do not use a washcloth or anything abrasive) and let it air dry.

If you removed the bandage sooner than 3 days, apply a thin layer of Aquaphor 3-4 times per day for 3-4 days then switch to using unscented lotion twice per day for up to one week.

If you left the bandage on for a full 3-4 days, after washing apply unscented lotion twice a day for one week.

Consult a healthcare professional at the first sign of infection.
